Day 13 - a fictional book that is meaningful to you since your loss.

I already wrote about this on day ... whatever it was. But I picked up a copy of  Hotel Under the Sand by Kage Baker at Elliot St. Books when I was on my first solo trip to Seattle. It was my first cycle post-partum (not counting the hemorrhaging March) and I was feeling like crap in so many ways. I am a fan of her writing anyway and had never seen this book. It looked like a short, sweet read, so I bought it, even though it was full price.

It is such a good book. About a girl who finds herself in a place she is not familiar with where she has lost everything and everyone she has ever known. You should READ IT!
